Refund policy

At Gunthers Delicatessen, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

Perishable Products

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on perishable items (including but not limited to: charcuterie, deli meats, cheeses, prepared foods, and charcuterie boards) once they have left our premises.

Quality Guarantee: If you experience any quality issues with perishable products, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase at 604-795-9544 or info@gunthersdeli.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Non-Perishable Products

Unopened, non-perishable items (such as imported European goods, crackers, condiments) may be returned within 7 days of purchase in their original condition with proof of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Catering Orders

  • Cancellations: Catering orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Quality Issues: If you experience any quality concerns with your catering order, please contact us within 2 hours of pickup/delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Damaged or Defective Products
